Zorki-3S was the first Zorki model equipped with the flash synch (hence the "S" designation). It was in production at the KMZ plant from 1955 to 1956 and is not easy to find now. When a self-timer was added to this model, it became a well-know Zorki-4K, one of most common Soviet rangefinder.
  • Shutter speeds: B, 1 - 1/1000. Please note: for normal shutter operation, KMZ requires changing shutter speeds after the film is wound and the shutter cocked.
  • Lens: Jupiter-8, f = 50 mm, 1:2, coated, polished aluminum finish, 39 mm Leica thread mount.

This Zorki-3 was made in 1956. The camera is in good condition. The RF/VF is clear and contrasty; the shutter works at all speeds. The leatherette is complete, the chrome is clean overall. The lens has some cleaning marks on the front element - these are common and do not affect image quality.

The camera comes complete with a take-up spool and a metal lenscap.
