The Russian Jupiter-12 is a high quality wide-angle lens for the Leica type rangefinder cameras. It is a copy of prewar Zeiss Biogon and is regarded as one of the best Soviet made lenses, in both 39 mm LTM and Contax RF mounts.

This lens was made in the early 1960's. It is EXC condition and comes with a front lenscap. This Jupiter-12 is shown mounted on a Leica IIIa (not included).

This Jupiter-12 will not disappoint you. The lens is sharp and contrasty, and works well with modern films. The lens is sharp and contrasty, you can use with any threadmount Leica or Leica copy. Note for Bessa-L and Bessa-R users: this lens will mount on these bodies, but will not focus properly.
